Visitor Information
Shoreditch is still an achingly hip area of London (despite what's going on in Dalston) and East Central is a beautiful space in which to admire the latest goings on in the London art scene. Contemporary art works of all kinds are exhibited in the gallery whose programme of frequently changing exhibitions is overseen by director, art commentator and sometime filmmaker, Yoram Eshkol-Rokach. An exhibition of new works by Carlos Garaicoa, one of Cuba's leading contemporary artists, chosen for the opening exhibition in October 2009, heralded the kind of artistic innovation you can expect to find here.
