A longstanding and much loved institution for local parents in Shepherds Bush, the Music House for Children has given hundreds of west London children their first taste of music over the last 20 years. In 2015 the nurturing music house adds a second school, The Music House for Children at St Johns in Notting Hill to bring early years music training to even more children. The unique bit about the lessons here is the way they are taught: through observation, participation, celebration and debate. Classes, concerts, shows and workshops led by trained music educators help support children from babies to teenagers to develop as independent thinking, artistic and musical beings.
