Evoking childhood memories of summer days spent at the seaside, Borough Market restaurant Applebee's Fish hosts a pop up on the Southbank for a four-month stint this summer. From Friday 14th of June you can visit the rustic River Thames restaurant champagne and oysters, craft beers from the Harbour Brewery, buskers, boules in the sand and some of the finest fish and chips in the city. Located under Hungerford Bridge and next to the Underbelly festival, the space has been made from wood and sustainable materials and includes a pergola as well as circular champagne and oyster bar. Relax with a summer cocktail on the deck chairs and feast on boat-fresh seafood by the river.
