Up with the birds, on the tenth floor of The Montcalm Royal London House, you'll find Aviary, the hotel's rooftop restaurant run by the ETM Group - Tom and Ed Martin's company and the group behind The Botanist, The Well and The Hat and Tun. The group's first rooftop location, they have brought in Russell Sage Studio to design the 6,000 square foot restaurant which boasts a 2,000 square foot south-facing terrace with fabulous views of the City skyline. Private dining and small parties of up to 40 can be catered for at two suites on the floor below, each with its own terrace. One of two bars and restaurants run by the ETM Group at the hotel, you can head to Burdock below for drinks, bar food and craft ales.
