Following on from the Soho and Kensington locations, Bone Daddies has now launched at The Bower in east London. Steering away from sushi, this restaurant gives Londoners a new take on Japanese food with hearty, delicious and terribly naughty bowls of slurp worthy soup. Ramen is a traditional Japanese dish that consists of noodles, meat, egg and its star ingredient, stock. The Bone Daddies menu boasts a number of varieties including Tonkotsu Ramen, made up of 20 hour pork bone broth, spring onion and chashu pork; Tantanmen Ramen, chicken bone broth, sesame, chilli, pork mince and bok choy; and Curry Ramen, with fried chicken, padron peppers and cabbage. With its stripped back interior, classic rock soundtrack and Japanese rockabilly portraits, this is certainly a Japanese restaurant with a twist.
