Brickwood is a small group of Aussie style cafes with branches in Balham , Clapham , Tooting Market and Streatham. They work closely with Caravan Coffee roasters in Kings Cross and together have created Brickwood's own 'Market Blend'. Espresso coffee is extracted via their bespoke La Marzzocco FB80s and Mazzer Robur and water is filtered via a state of the art Sierra RO (Reverse Osmosis) system for optimum purity. Founded in 2013 by Jayke Mangion from Melbourne, the first Brickwood on the south side of Clapham Common was the start of it, serving an authentic Aussie cafe experience which proved so popular they repeated the formula across all their cafes. Quality food, good coffee and friendly service all combined with a cozy feel and great playlist. It's first come first served, Wifi is available (within reason) and well behaved dogs are always welcome.
