Set up in 2013, Climpson's Arch has been a business incubator, giving up and coming chefs space to test out their restaurant ideas for a fixed duration (minimum 6 months). Chefs wanting to set up to own restaurant are given the tools to test their ideas without financial risk while gaining experience of the practicalities of running a business. Run as a permanent restaurant, open all year round Thursday through to Sunday, you'll always find something interesting to try out at Climpson's Arch. Success stories include Som Saa which started out here and has gone on to become a permanent restaurant in Shoreditch.
