Dip & Flip have been showing South West London how to get down and dirty with burgers and gravy since September 2013 when their first burger joint opened on Battersea Rise. Since then it has successfully opened restaurants in Wimbledon, Tooting and Brixton, each specialising in roast meat sandwiches dipped in gravy (Dip) and flat griddle smashed burgers (Flip). Turning the classic burger into a gravy saturated sandwich, Dip & Flip serves burgers with gravy ready for dipping. Choose from sliced roast beef, slow roast lamb or chicken served in a sub which you can enjoy with melted cheese, cabbage slaw and other garnishes. V egetarians are catered for too with the Rosti burger with egg. Milkshakes complete the all-American meal and desserts include American style tarts and cakes.
