Using liquid nitrogen to create customisable, made-to-order ice cream, Four Winters flash freezes its ice cream within seconds before your eyes. The result is not just impressive to watch, but creates super-smooth ice cream that captures the taste of the ingredients - something Heston Blumenthal has been advising us to do for years. Flavour choices celebrate the seasons, so you get options like Strawberry Lavender and The Bee's Knees, a sweet cream blended with honey and homemade spicy honey brittle, and the London-inspired Afternoon Tea, which mixes bite-size chunks of freshly baked scone with swirls of natural, strawberry jam. Traditionalists can opt for the solo range - one flavour choices include vanilla, chocolate or coconut - while ice cream experimentalists can salivate over peanut butter cup, banana cream pie and German chocolate cake flavour combinations.
