Much like popular steak joint Flat Iron, Hanger SW6 is putting an underappreciated cut of beef back on the menu. With no other cut available, the hanger steak is the main focus of the restaurant's menu, with the choice between small or large and the option of a hanger steak burger. The rest of menu is as simple as the restaurant's décor, offering just two other mains - pit charred swordfish and charred cauliflower steak - as well as four starters, such as salt beef croquettes and scallop ceviche. Triple cooked chips with garlic and rosemary salt make for the perfect steak accompaniment while naughty puds like a chocolate orange brownie and banoffee split provide a devilish conclusion. If you fancy a post-dinner cocktail, be sure to head downstairs to the intimate liquor bar, Below The Cut.
