Sitting within the Holmes Hotel on the corner between Chiltern Street and Baker Street, Kitchen at Holmes is a neighbourhood restaurant led by Head Chef Stefano Motta, who draws on his travels and experience working in Italy, New York and London to present a modern dining experience. Ingredients, flavours and techniques from around the world have been used to create sharing plates such as Scottish Black Angus beef carpaccio with foie gras and truffle; aubergine tempura with yoghurt and dukkah; and Adriatic cuttlefish with Canadian wild rice, girolles and lemongrass. For the drinks menu, Pepe Corallo (Mr Foggs, Coya London, Blakes Hotel and Nobu) provides a nod to the venue's Baker Street location with creative Sherlock-themed cocktails including the signature Sherlock's Pipe and The Sherlock & Sons Gin. The interiors - created by award-winning design studio Digital Space - also reference the Great Detective with classic London design references tastefully interspersed with modern art and illustrations.
