Japanese patisserie Kova specialises in mille crepe, handmade pancakes made with multiple layers of French crepe with a light custard cream filling between each. Choices of matcha, chocolate, vanilla and fresh fruit fillings for the mille crepes are added to with limited edition seasonal flavours throughout the year. Alongside these are light and fluffy layered sponge cakes with fresh strawberries and cream, matcha tiramisu, souffle cheesecake, and all manner of different roll cake and tarts. Founders Ben and Jon grew up in the Far East, were educated in the West and set up Kova to bring a good quality Japanese cafe to central London.
