KuPP, a Scandinavian inspired restaurant, bar, cafe and store on the Paddington Basin, encourages its customers to 'fika', a common Swedish concept meaning to have coffee accompanied with a pastry or a sandwich. Danish pastries, open sandwiches and their own specially roasted coffee are the mainstay of the menu. And with its large open plan kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the canal, the Scandinavian influence filters through from the menu to the interior design.
