The first UK restaurant from Indian based restaurant group Azure Hospitality, Pali Hill takes inspiration from India's diverse culinary heritage with a menu of regional sharing plates. Taking its moniker from a historic Mumbai neighbourhood known for its building societies - old residential blocks filled with people from all over the Indian subcontinent - the restaurant pays homage to the melting pot of flavours and culinary traditions as well as the sharing community found within these building societies. The seasonal menu of small plates includes bold flavoursome dishes such as grilled middle white pork with sweet tamarind, Coombe Farm kid goat pulao with Merinda tomato and yoghurt raita, and Poori sagu with spring peas and broad beans. Design-led interiors featuring terrazzo floors and Pondicherry yellow pillars and furnishings complement the vibrant menu. Below the restaurant is Bandra Bhaim, a lively cocktail bar inspired by the illicit hangouts that were prolific during India's smuggling era.
