Pied Nus opens first week of October 2013.
Just a few doors down from L'Autre Pied and from the same stable, Pied Nus in Marylebone is a 10-month pop-up centred on raw food. With Pied Nus (meaning 'barefoot') David Moore, owner of Michelin-starred restaurants Pied a Terre and L'Autre Pied, has put chef Ed Dutton, who trained at Pied a Terre under Shane Osborn and was most recently at Tom Aikens, at the helm. Likely to run until April 2014, there will be around eight to 12 dishes on the menu including beef carpaccio. "The idea behind running this pop-up is to test the waters for a new concept I would like to launch centred on raw food," Moore told Hotel and Caterer.
