The Green & Fortune Cafe, a cafe in the atrium of arts hub Kings Place which sources beef and lamb from its own Northumberland farm, is behind Project Pizza. Homemade, thin and crispy pizzas are the thing here with 12 inch pizzas cooked in two state of the art TurboChef fire ovens and ready in as little as two minutes. Homemade dough is topped with classic favourites and regularly changing specials - spicy ground beef, caramelised red onion and rocket, and roast piquillo pepper, spinach and goat's cheese are just some of the options on the menu which changes on a weekly basis depending on the ingredients available. And if these crispy thin slices keep you coming back for more you can sign up for the 'Take another little pizza my heart' loyalty card.
