Savage Salads is the brainchild of Italian chef Davide Del Gatto and former restaurant manager Kristina Gustafsson from Sweden. They're on a mission to bring healthy food and interesting salads to London that go beyond the basic leaf and vegetable combinations. Their delicious salads are available at Berwick Street Market in Soho on weekdays, at Strutton Ground in Victoria Monday to Wednesday, and at St Giles in the Fields market in Covent Garden every Thursday. From October 2016, they add another source for their Savage Salads in the food, drink and music hub at Flat Iron Square. Wholesome, fresh and innovative salads that taste delicious and keep you fuller longer.
