As it comes of age, Borough Market celebrates 21 years since its rebirth as a public market by introducing The Borough Market Kitchen. Under the airy covered roof of Jubilee Place you'll find a communal dining space with long tables where over 20 food traders offer cooked seasonal dishes made using produce from the market. Familiar favourites such as Arabica and Horn OK Indian street food sit alongside newcomers including Mei Mei Singaporean street food by chef Elizabeth Haigh and Batera - an all new Pintxos bar from Mimo London. It offers a truly global culinary tour with everything from Iranian Scotch Eggs to freshly made pasta, traditional Jamaican dishes to Japanese Soboro style rice bowls. With an emphasis on ethics and sustainability, the space is made from from recycled, sustainable materials and is entirely free from single use plastic.
