Widely considered London's first introduction to BBQ food, The Chicago Rib Shack first brought the craze for ribs and all things smoked to the capital 30 years ago with its infamous Knightsbridge location. Now, with a number of branches across London, it continues to feed hungry visitors with baby back ribs, smoked in-house over applewood chips in specially imported BBQ ovens, quality burgers and Cajun chicken.
