Visitor Information
This hidden pub off the beaten track of Camden road serves top notch food in a laid back atmosphere. The gastro element of the pub food has taken off since head chef, Andy Evans, joined prompting regulars to vote The Colonel Fawcett one of the best pubs in Camden, especially recommending its Sunday roasts, tasting menus and supper club nights. The pub is spacious with two small-ish gardens on either side and the clientele are friendly (and quite young). They have some good ales and Stowford Press cider on tap along with a dazzling array of gins. They also put on quality comedy and quiz nights.
