Hidden below Hanger SW6, Below The Cut is a drinking den for meat lovers with liquor and cocktails served alongside bar snacks that champion a forgotten member of the meat world, the hanger steak. Decked out with reclaimed furniture, leather sofas, rugs and dim lighting, the intimate bar has a living room feel and makes for the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a Hanger Old Fashioned or G&T Vesper. The food menu offers a taste of what's being served upstairs, with a cheese-steak sandwich, salt & vinegar squid and iberico charcuterie among the options. The bar also plays host to weekly live music nights and speed dating parties, as well as a Bottomless Basement Brunch, where guests are invited to enjoy DIY bloody Marys and seasonal bellinis - served directly from the prosecco tap - alongside steak 'n' eggs and hanger Florence eggs.
