Situated in the basement below Central & Co, on Great Marlborough Street, The Cocktail Trading Co Development Bar & Table, is the place to go for expertly made cocktails in a fun, laid-back environment. The brainchild of award-winning bartenders Andy Mil, Elliot Ball and Olly Brading, co-owners of The Cocktail Trading Co, the 50 capacity bar is an eclectic mix of classic Victoria 'gin palace' mixed with elements of vintage and industrial London. There's a carved wood and copper bar, classic green and oxblood tiles and cast iron and marble tables mixed in with exposed brickwork, classic pub fixtures and street art - the bar hosts exhibitions from young artists. Cocktail memorabilia and paraphernalia sits alongside vintage upholstered Chesterfields - sink in and sip on a cocktail from the constantly changing menu, served alongside dishes from the brasserie upstairs.
