Adding to its fantastic line-up of destination bars and restaurants, which includes The Gilbert Scott and The Booking Office, the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel launched the stylish Hansom Bar in summer 2019. Set against a backdrop of magnificent neo-gothic architecture, the bar provides a laid-back vibe in an atmospheric setting. Marble and brass touches sit among modern furnishings, Victorian lampposts and green and blue accents under a high vaulted ceiling with Barlow Blue ironwork and soaring windows. Paying homage to the venue's history and former life as the Hansom cab drop off point for St Pancras Station in the 1800s, the carefully crafted cocktails includes the Angel & Bragget Alehouse Flip, Mr. Cratchit's Yuletide Punch and the V&A Gold Fashioned. Guests can also tuck into a menu of seasonal small plates that champion British produce.
