Visitor Information
Whether you're a Nigella or not in the kitchen, the L'atelier des Chefs cookery school can teach you something. Classes are given in the basement kitchens of their Wigmore Street shop which are well equipped with stainless steel tables where you can learn knife techniques, how to create classic French dishes, or take the Masterchef Challenge - where students are divided into teams, allocated a chef to work with and given 90 minutes to create a meal. The teachers are experts but are engaging and patient with it - no Gordon Ramsay's here - and whether you're on your own or going with a group, as an office bonding seesion perhaps, it's a fun and informative night out.
