Tucked away one block behind the Rio cinema on the Kingsland Road, The Dalston Boys Club is a multi-purpose space that houses work studios for fashion designers, graphic designers and other creative beings in the locality. Previously a church Hall, the club hosts sporadic parties which appeal to the cool crowd of Dalston and Shoreditch. Hard to find and very basic in terms of latrine facilities, the Dalston Boys Club still has a long way before it becomes as popular venue as the Bethnal Green Working Men's Club. But it serves a great purpose for those who use it, whilst the impromptu parties held in its walls come highly recommended.
