The Pilates Room is a favourite with Fulham ladies, offering an excellent range of gentle matwork and floor Pilates. They specialise in ante-natal exercise and getting new mums back in shape. The classes are given in a beautiful and fully equipped room and this is one of the best Pilates gyms in the country.
