Yoga West is a beautiful and friendly yoga, mindfulness and Pilates studio located between Chiswick, Acton and Shepherds Bush. Close to 50 yoga classes of all kinds - dynamic yoga, slow yoga, pregnancy yoga as well as Pilates - are held weekly in a converted Art Deco factory with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light. Classes for all levels run at all times of the day, seven days a week, and include drop-in yoga and courses for beginners.
