In the heart of Shoreditch, set on two floors against bare brick walls, Bones is all about meat - 'any meat on any bone' is their motto - from pigs' ears to the star of the show: the Label Anglais free-range rotisserie chicken. Meat at Bones can be oversized T-bone steaks, roasted racks of lamb or confit duck legs, stews and grazing plates like Tuscan panzanella salad, served with tasty local brews, organic wines and cocktails. Stop by for a morning coffee and croissant - breakfast and brunch are big at Bones - casual lunchtime salad, quiche or pie, or a casual dinner with friends. Bones is a family owned restaurant from Joff and Simeon Goodman, the guys behind the organic and fairtrade store, The Grocery, who work closely with local farmers and small businesses to offer diners fresh, free range and ethically sourced products.
