A long standing favourite on the local dining scene, the Herb and Spice Indian Cuisine restaurant is located on London's Whites Row, just off the beaten track in trendy urban Spitalfields. A traditional Indian restaurant with trademark friendly, efficient service, Herb and Spice offers the best of the Asian kitchen for affordable prices and in clean, contemporary surroundings. The modern d?cor of the dining room still maintains those little touches particular to traditional Indian restaurants - the layered tablecloths and fan-folded napkins providing an indication of the detail that goes in to everything here. Back in the kitchen, attention to detail is just as important, with herbs and spices (of course) carefully selected and used in authentic recipes straight from the most well known culinary regions of India, adapted for a Western palate. The Herb and Spice menu is extensive, offering favourite Indian dishes and a particularly good vegetarian selection.
