A healthy, homemade flavour comes to the London enclave of Islington thanks to The Blue Legume Caf?, Restaurant and Juice Bar. Situated on the always busy Upper Street, The Blue Legume is an all day venue where guests enjoy everything from leisurely breakfasts accompanied by the broadsheets to quick business lunches and dinners with friends. The quirky interior of The Blue Legume suits its wholesome approach to food well somehow, the exposed brick walls, scrubbed wooden flooring and mix 'n' match interior design featuring mirrors mounted on the ceiling, blackboard special menus and painted wood furnishings in keeping with the home-spun food and drinks that are the venue's real selling point. The Blue Legume sells a wide variety of healthy Mediterranean dishes ranging from burgers for meat eaters and veggies alike to hearty salads and simple main dishes featuring wholesome ingredients from quality sources.
