Since 2009 Northcote Road's, The Draft House, has been delighting London locals with a fine combination of restaurant quality food and the best beers in the area. Cool and laid back, The Draft House works a distinctly utilitarian vibe with simple painted and exposed woods, impressively large curved bar and white painted walls. The Draft House's ethos is based around raising beer's profile, giving it the same attention more often paid to wines, concentrating on provenance, storing and pouring. These international beers, both bottled and on tap with many from artisan breweries, are matched with a stunningly simple, hearty and delicious menu of British food, honest and unpretentious, locally sourced and seasonal.
