Many of the best restaurants in London (including the River Cafe) source fruit and vegetables from Andreas Georghiou who has built up a loyal following during his 20 years in the business. Andreas, his green grocer's on Cale Street is a cut above your average fruit and veg shop and customers at the Chelsea Green shop include television chef Nigella Lawson. It's also thoroughly green, with food miles stickers helping you to figure out your winter strawberry's carbon footprint, and deliveries made with the bare minimum of packaging.
