With its countless stylish boutiques and trendy high street stores, Covent Garden has everything needed for the discerning Londoner to preen themselves from top to bottom. However, until now there wasn't much for all the dapper dogs about town. Opened in June 2013, Bow Wow London is central London's first-ever dog boutique. With more than 200 luxury products - from beds to toys and puffa jackets to perfume (yes, perfume - apparently dogs like to smell good too) - it has everything required to ensure dogs are as fashionable as their owners. A large number of the items are imported from other countries and as a result many of the lines are unique to London and the UK. There are strawberry and mushroom house beds from Tokyo, specialist fur and beauty products from Paris and Swarovski crystal collars from Germany. Furthermore, Bow Wow stocks a range of high-end, health conscious dog food and treats, including dog popcorn and home-baked pupcakes.
