Iceland is a cheap, major national supermarket chain specialising in frozen foods. It offers good, multi-buy deals on frozen meals, fresh snacks and alcoholic drinks. It also stocks the usual assortment of fresh foods, drinks, condiments and household goods. The fresh fruit and vegetables tend to be disappointing and overpriced.
