After years of planning, the much-anticipated flagship Microsoft Store finally arrived in London in 2019. While the brand already has stores in the US and Australia, this is the first physical retail store for Microsoft in the UK. Covering nearly 22,000 square feet on Oxford Circus, the store provides the chance to try the latest technology products and services from Microsoft and enjoy a number of free activities. Visitors can get hands-on with Surface, Windows, Xbox and PC Gaming, and journey through a number of interactive zones surrounded by immersive video walls. The Community Theatre provides a space for tech, coding and STEM learning, and runs free, year-round workshops, while the Answer Desk offers dedicated customer support, training, repairs and advice from trusted Microsoft advisors.
