A year shy of its 20th birthday and creators of cool gym gear, Sweaty Betty, opened this flagship shop on Carnaby Street; three floors of spot-on sports clothing, workout studios, a Duck & Dry hair salon and healthy eating Farm Girl cafe on the first floor, complete with cocktail bar. A destination as much as a shop, in the words of the woman behind Sweaty Betty, founder Tamara Hill-Norton, it's "a place where you could hang out with your friends, go for a class, get a cocktail and your hair done all under one roof". The studio has six classes a day, on average, with a different takeover every day so you can book in for Fight Klub one day, yoga the next, for £15 a class. No gain... no Champagne!
