Opened on Ganton Street in 2013, Rosa's Carnaby offers a modern twist on authentic Thai cuisine to the hungry shoppers of Carnaby Street, Regent Street and the surrounding area. Continuing its expansion from a street food stall on East London's Brick Lane, Rosa's Thai Cafe has opened several restaurants across London including branches Spitalfields, Soho, Westfield Stratford, and Chelsea. Set up by husband and wife team, Alex and Saiphin Moore, Rosa's must-tries include spicy grilled pork neck salad with a bittersweet Thai dressing, a vegetarian red curry with palm heart, and minute seared tuna with fresh Thai herbs, capers, garlic and chilli. Northern Thai sausage with a kick of ginger comes with coriander, chilli and lettuce, and there are plenty of classic curries and noodle or rice dishes available.
