Haya hotels title=Offering Tel Aviv-inspired cuisine across two floors, Haya is an all-day Mediterranean restaurant in west London. Founder Victoria Paltina has brought together the best of Moscow, New York, London and Tel Aviv - cities in which she has spent time living - to serve seasonal small plates in a light-filled restaurant featuring timber slash windows, oak wood flooring and a plant-laden green ceiling. Open from early morning, the restaurant offers a menu of cold-pressed juices and freshly-ground coffee alongside breakfast dishes such as mango-topped porridge and honeycomb granola while weekend brunch dishes include shakshuka and fried polenta cakes. For daytime dining, Head Chef Oren King draws on his Tel Aviv background to create lamb cutlets with honey yoghurt, quinoa salad with feta cheese and pomegranate seeds, and burrata with loquat compote and citrus vinaigrette. Come evening, the candlelit restaurant presents a menu of seasonally-changing small plates such as zaatar duck breast, crispy harissa prawns and seared tuna with homemade labneh.
