With a name that translates to mean 'raw', the eatery is billed as the capital's first fast-casual cevicheria with the chance for diners to build their own ceviche bowls from a menu of fresh ingredients. Three signature bowls form the bulk of the menu with the Clasico featuring a base of quinoa and a topping of sea bass, sweet potato, Andean chilli, Peruvian toasted corn and plantain chips. Further signature bowls are the Nikkei ceviche bowl with salmon and sushi rice and the vegan bowl with chickpeas, avocado and crispy onions while the build-your-own option provides the chance to create a dish featuring your chosen base, protein, toppings and sauce.
