Following the success of Nobu's first London hotel in Shoreditch, the capital gets a second hotel from world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and Meir Teper. Exuding modern luxury and minimal Japanese design, Nobu Hotel London Portman Square combines 249 guest rooms and suites together with a Nobu restaurant, ballroom and meeting spaces. All are beautifully conceptualised by London-based architecture and interior design firm, David Collins Studio, in conjunction with Make Architects. The Nobu Hotel, north-west of leafy Portman Square and next to Home House, replaces the Radisson Blu Portman hotel. The comprehensive refurbishment includes a grand entrance, brought forward the align with the neighbouring buildings, and a double-height restaurant and lobby. Close to March Arch, the hotel is walking distance from Marylebone's independent boutiques and the Wallace Collection as well as the shops of Oxford Street and Regent Street. Stroll a little further to Mayfair and Soho for smart restaurants and late night bars.
