We had a great stay here -- lovely room, lovely staff, a great room rate and close to transport. Unlike what reviewers on some other travel sites have suggested, everything was spotlessly clean, up-to-date, comfortable and quiet by London standards. Would definitely choose this hotel again. |

Lobby, staff and food all good. Rooms not great. Beds
uncomfortable and adjoining room I got was a disaster,
phones ringing and people using the loo isn't how I
want to go to sleep. |
