The rooms were small but spotlessly clean- staff were
excellent throughout the stay and very helpful.
Breakfast is a little dear but you are in the West End.
Surprisingly quiet even though close to Cromwell Rd. 3
or 4 really good restaurants within 5 minute walk. 3
minutes from the tube. What\'s not to like.  |

Perfect room, good flow of water in the shower.
Sadly a quite unfriendly young lady at the reception when checkig-in and (yet as announced) the room was not ready until 3:00pm. |
