The hotel was very conveniently close to warren street tube station, in a very alive neighborood. The room was very clean, the breakfast perfect, they even had glutenfree bread for me! Only one thing I would recommend is working on the doors of the rroms, that are really too noisy! |

The hotel is beautiful (inside) and the staff
exceptionally helpful but it needs a better attention to
details especially when welcoming younger children.
And to not have low lighting/bedside tables in the
room was so awful it was funny, why would you only
have bright spotlights ? A good experience but
compared to other hotels in the same price bracket I
really think there are some things that need
addressing. |
